Y Sports Leagues provide an introductory, fun experience for children ages 3-18 years old. We're always in need of Volunteer Coaches to help teach sportsmanship, teamwork & specific skills to the kids! No experience necessary, we will provide you with practice plans. Volunteers must be 14 or older. We recommend that teenagers pair up with a friend to co-coach a team. Tutor and help elementary school students with their homework in the core subject area you are most comfortable with: math, English, science, and social studies. This opportunity is available twice a week this spring after school lets out. Tutoring materials and school supplies are provided. Please contact Bridget Obeng obengb@ymcarichmond.org after you have registered to set up your hours.
